How can I return a product? If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you have the option to exchange or return the product free of charge within 90 days of purchase. To return a product purchased from us, please log into your customer account and fill out the dedicated form. After completing the form, a courier service agent will contact you within 24-48 hours to pick up the product you wish to return. All you need to do is carefully package the product to prevent damage during shipping. Don’t forget to include a copy of the invoice with the package or indicate the invoice number on the form. When the courier arrives, they will give you the shipping receipt, which they will attach to the package. Before sending, please check that the product or products meet the following conditions:
- The return is within 14 calendar days of purchase if you bought as a private individual, or within 90 days if you bought as a distributor or salon.
- The product is in its original condition, in undamaged original packaging, and includes all accessories/gifts that were delivered with it.
- The product has not been used. If any of the three conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.
The processing time for the return is up to 4 business days from the time the package is handed over to the courier.
If we need further information to process the return, one of our colleagues from the Service and Returns Department will contact you.
Please note that for health or hygiene reasons, products that have been opened and used by the consumer cannot be returned (e.g., hair clippers, trimmers, razors, or any product that comes into contact with the user’s skin after use).
